They kind of look like timbits, but couldn’t taste more different. Energy bundles are like squishy, chocolatey granola bars. They are no-bake and take less than 30 minutes to whip up. Woohoo!
Energy bundles
1 cup toasted sesame seeds
1 cup toasted sunflower seeds
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup dried blueberries or cranberries
1 cup raisins
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup honey
2 cups peanut butter
1 1/2 cups toasted coconut (set aside)
Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in a big bowl with your hands until well mixed. Shape into balls and roll in toasted coconut.
Can be refrigerated or frozen.
